To claim your book is super easy. Post your original receipt, the pink promotional tag and your email address to:

Before you close the envelope, please double check that you have included all three things, your original receipt, the pink promotional tag and your email address. Incomplete entries can not be accepted.

Within 10 working days you will receive an email from us with further instructions on how to pay the postage and claim your free book.

TERMS & CONDITIONS (all the legal stuff)
1. Claimants must send by post a valid email address that they can be contacted on, the original receipt and the original pink promotional tag to Cinderella at the above address, and then follow all instructions to receive their book. A postage charge of AUD $4 must be paid by the claimant before the book is sent.
2. All valid claims will each receive a copy of 'Secrets of Entrepreneurs Under 40 Exposed' with an RRP of AUD $32.95.
3. There is a limit of one claim per household.
4. Instructions on how to claim and the offer form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
5. Offer is only open to Australian or New Zealand residents who purchase Cinderella products that have the 'Free book' pink promotion tag, from a participating store .("Eligible Claimant"). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating supermarkets and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and Eligible Claimants (including an Eligible Claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Eligible Claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
7. Incomplete or indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.
8. Offer commences 01/06/08 and closes 11:59pm AEST on 01/07/2009 or when stocks run out. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Eligible Claimants should allow 14 days for delivery once their application has been approved and postage is paid.
10. Eligible Claimants must retain a photocopy of the original purchase receipt for all claims as proof as purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of a claimant’s claim and forfeiture of any right to an offer Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to claim.
11. Gifts are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
12. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Claimant.
13. If any gift under the offer is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the gift with a gift to the equal value and/or specification.
14. If this offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Eligible Claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer, as appropriate.
15. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website or delivering proof of purchase is the Eligible Claimant’s responsibility. Access to the website is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
16. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in gift value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) a gift.
17. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, offer suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Claim is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Claimants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.
